What we carry, what we expect of you, and an honest account of what each tour asks of your body.

On the water
- A cold-water survival suit is required for every guest on every boat tour, and is included.
- Guests are fitted before departure, which is why we ask you to arrive 30 minutes early.
- The vessel carries the safety equipment required by Transport Canada for its class.
- Tours are cancelled without charge whenever conditions warrant it.
On land
- Helmets are provided and required on all fat bike tours.
- Guides carry a first aid kit and a means of communication.
- Canyon hikes involve scrambling on wet rock. Sturdy footwear with grip is essential.
Accessibility
We would rather tell you plainly than have you find out at the trailhead:
- Boat tours involve stepping down into a working boat from a wharf, and the wharf height varies with the tide. There is no step-free route aboard.
- Waterfall and canyon hikes cross uneven ground, roots and wet rock, with scrambling in the slot canyons.
- Fat bike tours are on flat sand and forest trail, and suit most people comfortable on a bicycle.
- Wooden tents are reached across sand, and the toilet and shower are a short walk away.
